How long is the delivery time?
We aim to have your order shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship with Canada Post and the arrival time of your items will depend on shipping option and where you are based. We ship within Canada, to the U.S and the rest of the world. Don't hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to pick up your order or have us to send your order sooner.
My login doesn't work?
Shop as a guest and email us at email@example.com so that we can correct the issue and add your reward points to your account.
What kind of shipping material do you use?
We use sustainable polymailers made with 100% recycled content. The mailers we use are giving new life to material that has already been used and discarded. They are also recyclable and they have a second adhesive strip so that you can reuse your bag once more.
In what countries are the clothes you are selling manufactured ?
Our manufacturers are based in Europe. Some have factories in their own countries like Poland and Germany. Others have their clothes made in India, Turkey, China and Portugal. They all work closely with their factories and all of them have a strong social responsibility towards the whole supply chain. They have several certifications such as GOTS, Oeko-tex that regulates the standard of the fabrics , no harmful chemical and organic cotton being used. Sedex-code and BCSI that controls the working conditions in the factories as in no child labour, controlled working hours, paid an above living wage, also paid overtime and a pension.
What delivery company do you use?
We use Canada Post for standard or expedited shipping . We offer free shipping with a purchase above $65 Cad in Canada and free shipping with a purchase above $100 Cad to the U.S. We always provide safe curb side pickup, let us know in advance and we will have your order ready for you.
How do I know what size to order?
We have a detailed information in our sizing guide. Each brand may vary slightly, so we recommend checking that brand’s size chart before ordering. Most of our clothing is sized by height rather than age so please measure your childs height before ordering. The size is the height of your child in cm, for example 122-128 cm will fit a child that's 122-128 cm tall.
How do I redeem my reward points?
To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into your account on our site, then click on the launcher to open the rewards panel. Next, click on All rewards. If you don't have enough points to redeem, you'll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name. If you do have enough points, there will be a Redeem button. Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout. You get 200 points for signing up for emails, 5 points for every $1 spent. When you have collected 800 points you get $8 off your order, 1500 points you get $15 off your order, 2500 points you get $25 off your order.
Do you offer payment plans ?
We offer Sezzle and Lay-buy to our customers. Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later - with no interest! 25% of the order total due up-front (also called your "downpayment" or "first installment"), with the remaining amount divided up across three more installments, each due two weeks apart. No interest, no up-front or hidden fees. In fact, as long as you pay off your installments on time, there are no fees at all! Lay-buy offers you the choice of affordably paying for the product purchases via one down-payment and up to 3 monthly instalments.The customer pays a small Lay-Buys admin fee 1.9 % and the amount depends on order value. This amount is displayed to you prior to payment in PayPal. Lay Buy orders will ship once the final payment has been made. We ask for a 20% deposit(non-refundable)when the lay-buy purchase is set up. We offer a 3 month pay term, if you can't pay on time (without prior approval for an extension) we will cancel the lay-buy you will loose your deposit. How do I know if my order was placed correctly?
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as the order is placed. An email will also be sent out when we have processed your order with the shipping details. If you feel that something isn't right please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com to confirm your order.
Can you send a gift to my friend ?
Yes, place the order with your friend's address at checkout , add a note in the note to seller box at checkout if you want us to write a message on a card and gift wrap the items purchased. We are happy to !
Do you have any discount codes?
Yes, we offer a 10% Discount for first time purchase. We update our offers and discounts on a regular basis so make sure you sign up for our subscription emails.
What is your Return Policy ?
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To start a return we appreciate if reach out to us first at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will have to pay for your own return costs, we can not process a return until we have received the items.
