Refund policy

Your order arrives and you're not completely happy with it?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and return your items for a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale purchases are final.

To start a return, we prefer if you contact us first at info@varabarn.ca, we will answer your request promptly to have your return processed within our expected return timeline.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We cannot process a refund or exchange until we receive the item.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you have received a damaged item or if we have packed the wrong item by mistake we will cover the return postage and of course send out the right item free of charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Please note that for hygiene reasons, briefs / boxer shorts and swimwear are not eligible for return.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, if you need help with sizing advice or similar we are always available.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (please contact us befor sending back any items), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact us so that we can have a better fit put aside for you if available. Please note that return shipping for an exchange is customers responsibility however Vara Barn will ship out exchange items free of charge. This can be arranged by emailing us at info@varabarn.ca. We are always happy to help!


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
