Shipping policy

International orders require a phone number to ensure successful delivery.

We offer Shipping with Canada Post, Purolator and UPS.

Our online shop is based in Mississauga, Ontario,Canada.

The delivery standard for Regular mail sent within Canada is 2-7 Business days.

The delivery standard for Expedited Shipping within Canada is 1-7 Business days.

Every package has:

- an automatic $100 liability coverage.

- Guaranteed delivery time.

- Tracking number.

United States :

Due to the current uncertainty around new tariffs, we have temporarily paused shipping to the United States. We appreciate your understanding and will provide updates as soon as we have more information.

We offer Worldwide Shipping:

We use Canada Post for this service.

The delivery standard for Tracked Packet International:

14 business days.

Tracking and insurance coverage up to $100.

The delivery standard for Xpresspost – International:

4 to 7 business days.

Tracking and insurance coverage up $100.

Duties & Import Fees
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

In Canada we offer free shipping on orders $80 CAD and over (*before tax, after discounts, promotions and point redemption). Canada Post calculates the shipping rate if your order is valued below the free shipping amount.

Please note you may be charged local taxes (VAT) when your order arrives if ordering from outside of Canada. Vara Barn is not responsible for any additional duties charged.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after they have been placed.

*Please note that all shipping times are estimates and we cannot take responsibility if a shipment takes longer due to delays with shipping carrier.

Please always check if you entered the correct address. Once a parcel has been shipped we cannot alter the shipping address. Customers carry the return shipping fees if a parcel is undeliverable due to an incorrect address and the error didn't occur on our side.

If your parcel has not been delivered by the shipping carrier, despite receiving a notification of delivery, please contact us at info@varabarn.ca. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Vara Barn is not responsible for parcels that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location or alternate pickup option if available. (Please leave us a note at check out with your preferred options).

We offer local pick up, let us know and we will have your order ready for pick up (weekends excluded).
