Alpinism remains at the heart of a worldwide business that still makes clothes for climbing- as well as for skiing, snowboarding, surfing, fishing, paddling, trail running and kids who want to explore the world. All these activities bring a connection with nature. 

Our Patagonia collection comes to us through a family-run Canadian company that represents and supplies Patagonia in Canada. We purchase directly through their Canadian sales representative, who we’re very happy to work with. The products are imported into Canada from Patagonia’s manufacturing facilities overseas and are supplied to us here in Canada. For us, it’s important to support the Canadian businesses we work with, and we’re proud to be able to offer Patagonia while supporting a Canadian family-run company along the way.

For Patagonia, a love of wild and beautiful places demands participation in the fight to save them, and to reverse the steep decline in the overall environmental health of our planet. Patagonia donate their time, services and at least 1% of their sales to the preservation and restoration of the natural environment. They know that their business activity - from lighting stores to dyeing shirts - creates pollution as by-product. Because of this they work steadily to reduce those harms by using recycled polyester in many of their clothes and only organic, rather than pesticide-intensive cotton.
