Super soft and warm baby pants made from 100% organic virgin wool fleece. The high waistband sits comfortably around baby's tummy and helps keep the pants securely in place without feeling restrictive.
How is the wool made so soft?
Engel's wool fabric starts with 100% organically produced virgin merino wool. The wool fibres are gently processed and knitted into a soft, dense fabric with a cozy, slightly brushed surface.
Rather than using synthetic fibres to create a fleece-like fabric, the warmth and softness come entirely from the natural wool fibres themselves. This gives the jacket its soft feel while allowing wool's natural properties to shine, it is breathable, temperature regulating and naturally resistant to odours.
Wool is naturally temperature-regulating and dirt-repellent, making these lovely for everyday wear during the cooler months. Wool also doesn't need frequent washing, often, simply airing and brushing is enough.
Wear them as cozy pants on their own or as a warm layer underneath outerwear.

Care
Wool is naturally resistant to odours and doesn't need frequent washing. Airing the jacket between wears is often all it needs.
When washing, use a wool wash cycle or hand wash at cold/max. 30°C with a wool detergent (pH below 7). Do not use fabric softener. If hand washing, gently move and press the garment rather than rubbing, twisting or wringing it. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
After washing, gently reshape while damp and dry flat on a towel. Do not tumble dry or dry on a radiator. Engel recommends a low spin speed of no more than 400 rpm.
Sizing
Engel uses European sizing based on the child's height. For example, 50/56 fits approximately 50–56 cm in height, while 86/92 corresponds to approximately 86–92 cm.
