Engel Natur Organic Wool & Silk Loop Scarf Raspberry

A soft, lightweight loop scarf made from Engel’s beautiful blend of 70% organic virgin merino wool and 30% silk. The fine rib knit feels gentle against the skin while naturally helping to regulate temperature, making it a lovely layer for cooler days without feeling bulky.

The loop design stays comfortably in place around the neck and is easy for children to wear on their own. It can also be worn as a headband or pulled up as a simple balaclava for extra protection on chilly days.

The wool and silk blend is breathable, naturally temperature regulating and especially lovely for children who find traditional wool itchy. Engel’s wool is organically produced, and the scarf is GOTS certified and made in Germany.

Care

Wool is naturally antibacterial and does not hold onto dirt or odours easily, so this scarf does not need to be washed frequently. When possible, simply air it out between wears.

When washing, hand wash with a wool detergent in cool water. Avoid very cold water, as a sudden temperature change can shock the fibres. Gently squeeze out excess water without wringing and hang or lay flat to dry.

The scarf can also be machine washed at 30°C on a wool or delicate cycle, using a short, low-speed spin. Avoid fabric softener, bleach and tumble drying.
